because chiming in like that to an article others find interesting is a juvenile waste of time and bandwidth. its like... i think your mom's boring. relevance? none. nobody cares what random people on the internet think is boring.
You're totally right, my opinion is wrong and juvenile...while yours is constructive and relevant to the topic at hand. Oh wait...

Not really IMO.
If you're just going to be doing doodles and personal drawings on your spare time, than maybe. But otherwise, it lacks a lot of industry required features to make something that's ready for print media or online.
And there's the price tag difference, which should explain a lot.

So Samsung believed Apple was violating it's patents all this time but decided to do nothing about it. Now that they have been pushed they decide to act. Sounds to me they are trying to find whatever they can to bite back at Apple.
Most companies infringe on each others patents, but dont tend to act when a company infringes on theirs, because they know they're infringing on theirs too, or someone else's.

...You can check out the age of consent for most anywhere in the world here (http://www.avert.org/aofconsent.htm)...
Sorry if this repeats but I've just scanned through the first couple of pages and am about to go back for 3-5 but I'll agree with the general feeling so far;
Once the son is 18 the parent can't allow or not on this issue. As for the argument '..while you're under my roof...' depends on the lease, but in the example raised the guy isn't going to be under the parents roof so that's moot.
As for the site in the link above, that makes interesting reading. I particularly like the US Traveling citizens being 18. Does that mean if I were to sleep with a 17year old American girl who was on holiday here Id be breaking the law of America without even being there? Would I get prosecuted next time I visit Disney, how would that work?
What do people think the age of consent should be? I think that if we have to put an age to it it should be no more than 16 probably 12/14 but I think a change to the way the subject is dealt with in the education system would/should also be required.

How is this a scam? The seller CLEARLY mentioned he was selling a picture of the iPhone...
It must've been one hell of a picture to sell at that price!

I wish that Apple would get an indie band to perform instead of John Mayer or what ever his name is.
How about Wolf Parade, Modest Mouse, Broken Social Scene, Sleater-Kinney, Asobi Seksu...etc. Some band with more energy that appeals to the young, the independents.
IMO I don't think John Mayo is all that great of an artist. And that recent photo posted on MR does not do much to change my opinion.[/QUOTE]
Modest Mouse? Musically, I don't think they deserve that honour.

Stop with the FUD already. Businesses operating in the EU cannot do this. Just because corporations in the USA can, doesn't mean the rest of the world is the same...

Fail poll is fail.
The most obvious reason people are not going to get the white iPhone 4 -- "I'm waiting for the iPhone 5" is not even a choice.

Against what I originally said I shelled out another $3 and bought the update. Was it worth the $3? no not really. Lost the themes. As others have said the UI is over designed and not completely functional. I have noticed some missing tweets, this is NOT acceptable.

honestly the thing is looking like one of the weirdest frankstein cars ever made:
the shape of the old BMW M Coupe (which i madly liked)
the front looking botched together from a porsche, peugeot 407 and a nissan GT (which i all liked)
the back like a honda having mated with a BMW Z4
then 4 seats _and_ all wheel drive ?
Actually, I am surprised you didn't make reference to the Jenson FF, that's what Ferrari actually copied. ;) :p
I'll give you that...although the Sultan of Brunei's 456 "Venice" wagons managed to stay beautiful despite having four doors.
It's difficult to make the 4 door format work for a sports car isn't it, when you think that every significant dimensional requirement is against them, physical size of the engine, location of the engine, low height, width etc, Porsche failed miserably, Aston certainly did a reasonable job with the Rapide, but even then I'd suggest that it looks overly elongated, lacks shape in the profile and with a design language that dates back to 1994, looks a little too familiar, to the point of it being bland.
